This episode of Hybrid Atlanta features Josephine Figueroa, founder of la Choloteca, the most popular LatinX party in Atlanta. She speaks about the concepts of “latinX” and “cholo” and the need for creative, inclusive, and safe spaces with no homophobia, sexism, or racism. But the party, of course, is foremost about the music.

Hybrid Atlanta is an interview show with local artists and creatives whose work establishes a dialogue with LatinX and global cultures.

Created by Paul Alonso, it is produced by Polivision, a multimedia and bilingual outlet based in Atlanta.
